Within a tight timeframe to suit optimal leasing arrangements Grieve Gillett Architects designed and over saw the construction of a 1300 sqm facility that accommodates the corporate arm and central services facility of Relationships Australia SA.

The project was completed in conjunction with a base building upgrade. In order to maximise the efficiency of integrating the fit out requirements into the base building work Grieve Gillett Architects managed the consultant group in regards to the prioritisation of design and documentation to ensure that much of the fit out works were able to be completed by the base building contractors. This reduced the effective cost of the fit out by utilising the scope of base building works to accommodate specific requirements required by the client.

Despite a demanding schedule, attention to detail and conceptual aesthetic outcomes were not compromised. The client group were consulted and engaged in the design process at every stage to ensure their aesthetic and functional requirements were met and the facility would reflect the vision and values of Relationships Australia SA into the future. The project was completed within the target timeframes to suit the clients leasing arrangements.
