Mossop Construction + Interiors engaged Grieve Gillett Architects to provide interior architecture and heritage services for a refit of level 8 for accountancy firm Freer Parker, in the heritage listed 1960’s MLC House on Victoria Square.

Grieve Gillett Architects worked closely with the Freer Parker and Mossop to manage the works scope, project budget, construction detailing and heritage issues to produce a high quality commercial fitout providing excellent value for money.

The existing façade glazing panels were cracked and in poor condition resulting from significant failure of the glazing film.  The new façade glazing panels were selected by Grieve Gillett Architects to balance heritage requirements with environmental performance considerations and aesthetics.

The completed interior provides a contemporary purpose designed commercial space that appropriately responds to the modern heritage context while meeting end user and client requirements within a restrained budget.
