The National Wine Centre provides the Australian wine industry with a centre for the promotion and appreciation of wine, including facilities for the education of the public and the industry.

 

The Centre is designed to provide a focus for our dynamic and highly successful wine industry and its contribution to the economy and international profile of Australia. The complex has been designed to reflect the industry’s optimism and willingness to embrace and develop new technology in the pursuit of excellence.

 

The Wine Centre development includes a restaurant and catering facilities for corporate functions. The design for these facilities has been developed in conjunction with some of the foremost restaurateurs in the country. This has provided Grieve Gillett Architects with a sound understanding of the key design and operational considerations affecting the restaurant industry today.
