We are excited to commence construction of the new Pembroke Middle School facility with Sarah Construction at Kensington. The facility will become the focus for middle school science, art, technology and cross disciplinary learning.

The triangular nature of the site has led to a unique and dynamic architectural response, which has required collaboration with managing contractor Sarah and the consultant team comprising of CPR (structural / civil), BESTEC (services), WAX Design (landscape), RLB (Cost Manager), Resonate (acoustics), URPS (planning), Katnich Dodd (survey) and Tierra (environmental).

The project will demonstrate innovation through design and will support contemporary learning outcomes. The Middle School building will be connected to the main school campus by a footbridge. This is an ambitious and exciting project.
