Grieve Gillett Andersen (GGA) initially worked with the Royal Adelaide Golf Club in 2006 to create a master plan for the courses central facilities precinct including the clubhouse and pro-shop.

Since delivery of that plan, GGA has been progressively engaged to work with the club, systematically upgrading sections of the clubhouse and facilities in line with that original master plan.

To date four stages of works have been completed including the commercial kitchen and back of house areas, the players bar and adjacent function spaces, the reception and administration areas and most recently the male locker and change rooms. GGA recently completed Stage 5 of the master plan works which include new Associates (female) locker and change rooms, new clubhouse entry concourse, buggy store and buggy servicing facilities.

Future Stage 6 works are scheduled as refit of the current Associates locker and change rooms to form new expanded function spaces served from the previously upgraded commercial kitchen. GGA is also currently reviewing and updating the original master plan, as the demand on the clubs facilities increases in response to a growing club membership.
